Pompeo Peterlana and Rita Vedana took over the Osteria a Le Due Spade in the 1980s, working with passion and talent to make the restaurant a landmark for all lovers of good food in Trento.
It is now his son Massimiliano Peterlana who is now at the helm of the Osteria, with the same enthusiasm that has always accompanied the family. Quality ingredients, a welcoming service and attention to detail that make the experience unforgettable.
Alongside Massimiliano, there is his wife Paola, the kitchen staff headed by the chef Federico Parolari with Andrea, Klevio and Angelo, Nicola and Priya front of house.
